Default 8.6volts nmhd is it to much ??and lipo balencer

im ofcause using lipoly batteries which a 7.2 i think but i have a couple of 8.4 nmhd batteries..will these not be ok for the 4 in 1 board ??

plus ant one know where i can get a cheep balancer for lipolys ????

can i balance them by putting my charger on one cell and connecting it to the balancer lead ( even tho they dont go strait on it so i realize i need to adapt it )????
