Flew my CX2 today and things were fine. After a few minutes in the air, it started to pitch hard to the left. It never crashed. I just landed and tried to take off again when it happened. I couldn't get it to stop with the trim all the way over and the stick also all the way over. I reset the gyro, reset the linkages, checked the swash plate and blades. THe problem still persisted. Everything seems fine. I finally took off the servo horn and moved it one spline. Now it pitches forward. What the deal? Anyone have any ideas?

Your swashplate is a two piece gadget. It can separate. Maybe that's what happened?
Sometimes just shaping the two halves back together will fix it, but if it separated once it will do it again. They don't all have the problem (mine has never been a problem). The swash can be stuck back together with a little CA glue, but BE CAREFUL. You don't want to glue a bunch of stuff together that has to move when you fly. And of course there are the CNC swashplates.
Ooohhhh, preeetttyyyy.

It could be a glitchy servo. I have a glitch in my aileron servo that causes the servo to slam the control arm vertical. I have to pull the battery and twist the servo arm back to a horizontal position. After calling Horizon and not getting any satisfaction, I decided to get a couple of Hitek HS55 servos as replacements, since the E-Flite S75 servos seem to have a high failure rate. I'm still waiting for them to arrive.
