Default Best Price on a Blade 400?

The lowest I have seen it online is 349. I know that is a terrific price but was wondering if someone might have seen it for less before I submit an order.

meanstreak,

I haven't looked around that much lately...but it's going to be hard to beat that price...

I'd grab it while you can!

Good luck,

meanstreak,

If you don't mind me asking, where did you find the Blade 400 for that price? [sm=confused.gif]

Josh,

I was thinking of you when I read this, and was going to tell you about it...

That is one great deal if it is from a reliable source...right in your budget...

But, let's see what he says first...

Hmmmm...

Website looks good, and they are in California (not China, like some)...

And, free shipping on orders over $150 to boot...

Not a bad deal, as long as they are reputable...[X(]

I don't know how reputable they are overall but I have never seen a complaint posted anywhere. I purchased my HPI Firestorm Truck through them and they were the cheapest at the time. Their web site could be better. For example... my truck came in two colors but when you order their is no way to select it. On items with choices, you have to indicate the color you want. I found this out by calling them on the phone. They were very helpful and at the time told me they had one of each color in stock. Everytime I eamiled with a question, I got a prompt answer. I would definitely do business with them again and will hopefully be ordering the Blade 400 soon. Their prices are usually lower than everyone else or at least comparable to the lowest price.

I haven't compared everything they sell but their price on the Venom Night Ranger 3D XL seems quite a bit higher than some sites and my LHS actually has the Venom for less on sale but I'm not really interested in the Venom.

No way.... Xheli doesn't sell quality products like Blade and others. I would never buy from them based on all the bad posts I have seen. Is it any wonder they go by some many different names?

I'm not really interested in the Venom. I was just mentioning it as a price comparison.

Helidirect.com is good but I can't see paying 469.00 for Blade 400... not sure if they charge shipping.
I would love to buy it locally but they want 500 plus tax.
If I buy the Blade 400 at all it will definitely be at Ultimatehobbies for 349.99 out the door.

That's a good price from an LHS. It's tough these days to be in retail and be competitive with so many online dealers offering low cost or free shipping and no tax. Of course, buying local may get you extra attention in the way of service and advice.

Ultimate Hobbies is a good place. I just ordered a radio from them for my trucks and they were fast at shipping it off. If you call and catch the shipping guy, he'll give you the tracking number but otherwise, after you order online, that's all you'll hear from them. I would definitely buy from them again if the need arises.
