Lower Rotor Problem

Hi - Ive had my e-Flight CX2 since about 2008 and apart from minor breakages have had no trouble with it. However, following a recent crash and replacement of the swash linkage, it will no longer take off. As it powers up both rotors spin normally then , at full throttle, the lower rotor stops spinning.

I've checked the tightness of the shaft fixings which seem OK.

Any ideas?
