Hopped up CX2 Problem?

Hey all, Just installed Micro Heli Billet Aluminum Swash plate and Aluminum folding blade grips as well at the same time. I'm using the factory flybar and have already previouslky installed a Eflite aluminum inner shaft.
The heli flew great before this new aluminum addition? The heli now flies all over the place. I have heard of others having great success with theese parts. I don't get it? Ive flown the AXE like this eflite and it was fine with folding blades? If anyone else has run into the same results .....please let me know the fix. Otherwise I spent $80 on junk hop ups.
Regards
Shayne

When I installed my new MicroHeli aluminum swash, it separated while I was installing it. Not very confidence-inspiring i'll tell you. I snapped it back together with a lttle CA in the right place and it's been fine since. And I actually bought some other MH stuff after that, for some reason.

But a separated swash would certainly account for your symptoms.

The swash seems to be clipped together all the way? The blades are smooth and free. Both shafts turn freely and the blade grips rotate easily and smooth.???

Take a look at High-Gain's posts on the other thread about the MH blade grips and the MH folding blades--they seem to be too thin to work properly, he modified E-Flite blades to fit the MH grips and is having better luck. Maybe it's the thin blades that is causing your troubles.

Maybee as they doo seem very thin. That sounds like a good culprit!
