RE: CP Pro Issues HELP!!!
hrm... do you balance your blades and your flybar? If not, either take the motor off, or loosen the collar on the main shaft and push the gear down so the main gear can freely rotate. Make sure the swash is pretty much level, and put the heli on it's side so that the main shaft is parallel with gravity. Then spin the head with just the paddles on, if it stops so that one paddle is low, mark it with something that doesn't weigh anything (i usually just notice some white dot and the location of it on the paddle or something), repeat the process 2 or 3 times, if it's the same one that is low every time then you will have to make that section of the flybar shorter by sliding it back through just a little bit. Do this until the flybar rests parallel with gravity. After that you could spin it up and see how much vibration you are getting. If you are getting alot it's probably your main shaft, but I wouldn't worry about it at that point. Next do the same thing with the main blades, except use tape to balance the blades. Just for beginner balancing try to put the tape pretty close to in the center of the blade without obstructing the airflow too much. Once you have that done spin up the heli and see how much wobble you have. If you still have alot, double check the tracking, and if it that is good, then it likely is a main shaft that needs straightening or replacing, but also check for any loose parts.
