CP Pro tail motor problem??? Question!

Did anyone ever see where the tail motor slows down and allows the heli to turn left and you can't turn it back. Best to set her down. Seems to happen after about 5-7 mins of hover. Is this a typical tail motor problem?

2 things come to mind, Do you have heat sink on the tail motor? That might help. Otherwise it sounds like the motor is slowly failing, might try replacing it. Let us know it that helps, Doc

Placed in my older rear motor which I thought was at its limit but wasn't. The old motor ran her fine. Will watch and order a new motor but seems ok at present.

It may be your battery. Do you have another battery to check?

I'm with Flying Foot on this one. Tail motor is dying.

Will try and see if it was a fluke or its the motor. My older motor seems fine with the old battery for now so will watch for a couple days. Anyone ever see the rear motors go? Do the rear motors spin at a higher RPM than the main blade motor? Maybe rears go before main motors!
