Help with DX7 CPP

Hello all,
Picked up a dx7 and put it in my cpp using 3D setting from spectrum site. My problem is tail rotor is very sluggish and I had to set up the pitch curves from high to low to make pitch go neg to possitive . With there settings the pitch would start out full positive and end up neg at full stick???
Where in the settings can you reverse the pitch mixing (collective?).

My current set up is with park 370 and no gyro just 3 in 1. Do i set up revo (tail) mixing in the dx7 or on the 3 in 1???? If I buy the gyro and a small brushed esc can I ditch the 3 in 1?? If possible could someone post basic dx7 set up (or a link for non gyro setup to get me going)?

Thanx dx7 newbie.

Here's also another that I've had bookmarked, for someday I'll get to binding it with my DX-7 also....:D
