setting up b400 with th hold
just wondering why when i hit throttle hold all servos on the swash move down.they will movw when i move the left stick but i am afraid that if i set up while on hold that thie pitch will be wrong becouse of this.if i unplug the moter all seems fine but i read about setting up with the hold and with the way mine does just wondering if this is normal for the b400?my t-rex doesn't do this.i use the dx7 on the t-rex and the dx6i with the b400.

RE: setting up b400 with th hold
That could be because of the fact that in normal flight mode, the TH HOLD switch turns the throttle to ZERO. Page 32 of the blade 400 manual.

RE: setting up b400 with th hold
I was just thinking the same thing, it just shuts throttle off
But enables you to still autorotate the chopper if necessary But if this is the case then how can the throttle rpm be locked so 3d flight can be achieved, that is what i cant find in book ? |
RE: setting up b400 with th hold
i know that but why is the pitch moved?

RE: setting up b400 with th hold
in normal flight mode th at 0 if i hit the th hold all three servos pull the swash down about a 1/4 in. th hold shouldn't move them any should it

RE: setting up b400 with th hold
the throttle hold has it's own pitch curve. it is set from the factory to be the same as normal mode. you can adjust it if you want to. it should be 50% or zero pitch at mid-stick. Hope this helps.
