cp + problems grounded

okay .. first bought it last week 6/18, from LHS .. doing okay for first timer... then the rotor stops switch plugs around come to find out speed contol is bad . call product service.. they send out a new one . everythings going good ,plug in the new speed control no problems .. now it wont get off the ground. read the manual not very good for a newbie.. called again. they tell me to send back to the factory so they can re-set it. tried on my own to mess with the pitch no luck. spins around and around full power. oh yea when i do get it up to full power the green light turns red then back to green ? help

Do you have a pitch gauge? You need 5+ degrees of pitch to take off and hover. Are the blades tracking in the same plane. Are the blades spinning clockwise? Are the blades on the correct way?

As for the green light that turns red and back to green under full throttle... that's normal. It indicates a heavy load on the battery. As the charge goes down, this will happen more frequently, then not so much once charged back up.

Thanks for the info . the main rotor is turning clockwise and tail rotor is turning counter clockwise. as for the pitch no i dont have a pitch gauge . i put new blades on 6/25 the same way the olds ones came off .and i made sure that they tracking as close to each other as possible. i charged the battery tell the green light went off.
