MCX
I had a bit of an accident with this little fella, picked up new motors and installed them, but now it doesnt seem to turn properly, real fast one way and hardly anything the other way, Ive adjusted the trim back and forth but it doesnt seem to make a whole lot of difference, board maybe?

RE: MCX
There's not a whole lot of things that you can adjust on these little things. And with the extremely low power, everything is an issue. Make sure the bearings are seated properly, if the blades have nicks in the leading edge, sand them smooth or replace them, be sure the upper / lower drive gears are adjusted correctly and not pinched together and dragging.
New motors - they are brushed and I wonder if they need a little breakin time? That's a stretch but maybe. Perhaps running them at med-low speed with no load for a battery or two will run them in. Don't run them with no load at full speed - you just want the seat the brushes. That's all I've got. Solo |

RE: MCX
Al, take your blades back. I got a set of uppers that was so bad All I could do was crash, I put the knicked up ones on and it flew great. Then put on a good set of baldes and no problem since. I did build a balance adapter and balanced the blades but that did not help.
