Spektrum DX6i trim button spares
A trim button on the Spektrum DX6i stopped functioning. I opened and removed. There is a PC board with two microswitches and a rocker that activates them each time the trim button is moved left or right. The rocker swivels in a plastic body and it has two thin piecesof plastic with knobs on pushing on the microswitches. One of these thin pieces of plastics snapped. Can one get spares for this or is my destiny in buying another DX6i??????</p> |

Tandem,
Unless you have local support there in Nigeria, I'd recommend that you call or e-mail Horizon Hobby's support group. E-mail 'em first and see what happens. Here's their numbers and e-mail address. http://www.horizonhobby.com/Support/ |

I have sent a mail to JK- Produc is the importer in South Africa and are awaiting their reply. Cannot find a replacement on their website though. I fixed the tmbler with epoxy and it worx...... but these things are always just temprarily.
South Africa is the closest!!!!! with the expat network working quite well and no proper postal network here it is the quickest. My servo and gyro upgrade is waiting for me in SA. Thanx for the replies |
