Yep Dr., those do work, but they are glow, the OP was asking about electric. (Use Master Airscrew 14x7 3 blade myself)

Try this then: http://www.valuehobby.com/product_de...44&item_id=437 or this: http://www.espritmodel.com/index.asp...OD&ProdID=4624
I figure once you get to 16" 3-blade and 1000W+ who cares whether its a glow or electric.

Propellers designed for electric are far lighter than comparable glow props. Results are less power consumed to overcome to spinning forces.
A glow prop of the same size will show more watts and draw higher amps, but most of it will be consumed in the energy it takes to spin it (read that as HEAT). The very large Outrunners or geared Inrunners can handle the loads from glow props, but would be more useful with props designed for electric.
The EMP prop shown above is actually a great deal, tough, fairly efficient, far above a MAS, competes with a $44 Graupner for efficiency in my tests and far lighter than either.
Other than Xoar, who make electric 3 blades (way too many $$$$ for me), Emp is my choice for now>
If we could get the Manufacturers to WAKE up, electric is already the future, how about getting some product out there for electric. flytreetimes
