Guys, I may have asked this before, not sure but a buddy is curious as well: I ordered the Tactic and two receivers (2 wire models) and we are wondering do I absolutely have to use Tactic receivers? The radio does have SLT technology and the binding process is different from Spektrum systems. The receivers are reasonably priced and quite a few guys at my field have them. Thanks for the advice....again!

Yes, you need to use the Tactic receivers. I have both the Spectrum and the Tactic and IMHO the Tactic is a far easier transmitter to program and use and ever bit as reliable.
