Has anyone installed the UMX Timber leading edge slats on other airplanes? We have a few Timbers with slats at our club, they fly very well. I have a Hobbyking Bushmaster and am curious if these slats would improve the flight characteristics. Motion RC sells them for about $15.00. Thanks for any input.

Yes.
I flew it without the slats and found out what it could do. Flies very well.
I installed the slats and it improved the slow flying characteristics and slowed down the plane even more. It still flies well inverted and it still knife-edges well.
