Little breezy this morn but she was test flown, all good, another success, it will be a dream to fly in dead calm.

Dead calm morning at the beach, what a difference in performance, just love it.

First nasty crash with my "Silver Predator", while flying yesty morn I had 2 motor cut offs after 2+ min flight time, luckilly came down with no damage, I have re-calib the throttle after but the first flight this morn the same thing happened, this time at the worst scenario while in KE aspect 2 feet off the terra firma!
Major crack in the fuse but managed to put it back in shape with couple more X fuse/wing CF braces and bit of tape/CA combo.
There is some ESC issue to look into.

After the ground impact I thought it was gone! Finito-basta! Managed to put it back together and LOL.

Now fitted with a single prop power set up using "AXI", with modified prop to suit as an experiment while working on another creation to fit the CR unit. Never ending fun, LOL.

3 more stoppages today out of 4 flights with this new single prop powered set up, now fitted with another brand power unit to see how it goes next.

Predator is getting almost daily flying action, now fitted with Carbon PT prop 9.5x3, so far the best set up, smooth and slow run.

Nice trick at 0:59 and such a smooth landing at the end!

Another stoppage! There's something fishy no matter what power set up I use. Pretty nasty crash nose in, ending with broken CF prop and extra weight added-on after another frame repairs. I have swapped the power unit again to AXI, one used previously, with few doubts the tiny Eflite was good enough to handle harder load manouevres, after which the stoppage occurred.
Even fixed together the broken prop with the use of friendly CA and few layers of fine Gator cloth on both sides, running perfectly fine after few full stick checks.
There's always a way.

Sorted all the stoppage problems with different power unit and lighter pitch props.

Dancing in the bowl.

Took the Predator for couple of runs in very chilly morning, but dead calm.
