Need help selecting motor for my setup
 

Hey guys. I am new to the kits.and build your own stuff. I've always just had straight out of the box trucks and boats.

I recently purchased a Dumas windy airboat
Already built, the guy burnt up the 40 esC and put a new one on he probably had laying around. I think It was overpowered and that burnt up the motor.

i have have :
floureaon 5500mah batt. 3cell
90amp ESC
9in 2 blade prop
And a burnt 28 propdrive brushless motor 3000kv

I'd like to leave ESC and battery. And pick a motor/prop combo that will work. I'm not opposed to going water cooled since ESC already is meant to be.
Problem I have is anything I find that mounts on the back and recommends similar AMPs as my ESC is alot less rpm(kv) than the 3000 that it had. ....but who knows if that was anywhere near right..
