nav lights
has anyone scratch built a good nav lighting system that can be used on a parkflyer (graupner monsun with a brushless motor 1:1 power:weight ratio)? what kind of LED's/lights did you use? did you get power from the receiver or a separate battery? how should i wire the setup? i would want wing lights, a tail light, and maybe landing lights. i want to stay as light as possible as i am flying a parkflyer. oh wait as i am writing this i just remembered that i would need to run thw wires through the wings, but i dont want to strip the covering. how should i do this? thanks in advance

RE: nav lights
I did. I went to radio shack. I got super bright white, blue, and red plus assorted packs. Also I got thin wire, and a 2 cell aa battery holder. Make sure you don't burn anything with the solder gun, the solder will go right through the foam. Good Luck!

RE: nav lights
When building another balsa plane just put the wires in it. I can't think of a way you can do it now. Try doing some searches on google or on here. I've found many different solutions... you just have to look.
