Mabuchi same as Graupner?

Is it true that Mabuchi makes the Graupner motors, or someone has been telling me big fish stories?

It's true. Mabuchi makes ALL "Speed 400," "400," and "380" type motors, as well as many others. They're actually meant to go in Dustbusters and hair dryers, and are made millions at a time. That's why they're so cheap.
