recievers

I am new to the electric park fliers .In looking for recievers I find lots of different ones.My question is,will the Pico 6 channel from a Century Heli work well with a foamy such as the Eflite Tribute?

In theory, a receiver is a receiver is a receiver. As long as it has enough channels to cover the functions you want to perform, and it's compatible with the transmitter, you'll be fine.

The differences come down to quality and reliability. I haven't heard of the Pico 6 channel receiver from Century Heli, so I can't comment on it. Frankly, if it worked good in the helicopter, it'll work just as well in a 3D parkflyer foamie.

As along as it works with your radio on a legal aircraft frequency, you should be fine. I am not aware of any difference between Heli receivers and other aircraft receivers.
