Experiences with RAIDENTECH?
 

Has anyone ever been able to obtain spare parts from RAIDENTECH on any of their plane kits? How about any favorable customer service from Raidentech? I had specifically asked about a replacement nose cone for the 51.5” Nitromodels P-38 in an e-mail to raidentech. I was pleasantly surprised to get a reply the very next day. Unfortunately, to my dismay, it turned out to be a very generic ‘Pass of the buck’ which instructed me to the ‘spare parts link’. Upon checking the link, it only had spare parts listed for the bottom end beginner style planes. And, when I looked at the parts list for these individual planes, 75% - 80% of these parts listed were ‘Out of Stock/Sold out.’ I inquired again about the P-38, haven’t heard anything back. Anyone have any pertinent experience with this company, hopefully with favorable out comes? Thanks for any help.
