hi i need help pleez i have a t-rex 530 motor and the speed controll that goes with it but when i hook it up and every thing it smokes and gets realy hot is this becouse i am useing a nicd battery pllez help if u can

You might get the info you are looking for in the T-rex heli forum. In general smoking ESCs are a VERY bad thing. Good luck
