TURNIGY SK42-60500 MOTOR

I am mostly new to electric. I have a TURNIGY SK 4260 WITH A 60 AMP SPEED CONTROL,A 15X 8 PROP IT IS POWERED BY 22 VOLTS,OF LIPO BATTERYS. IT APPEARS TO GO THROUGH A VIBRATION AT ABOUT MID RANGE. I ALSO SEE,SOME MOVEMENT WHEN I MOVE THE PROP FROM SIDE TO SIDE. CAN ANY ONE ADVISE ME ON THIS.

Sounds like new bearings and shaft would be a good start. I've been getting hardened drill blanks and bearings from http://www.mcmaster.com/

It's a good idea to buy more than one drill blank as they are technically the same size and the bearing +0.000 -0.005mm so many slide right on while some need to be pressed.

When you press the shaft don't press against the motor parts, make a tool to slide over the shaft and support the end.

Your advise is good except this motor is brand new and has 0 time on it except for the first run. I thank you for the information.

Wouldn't be the first motor to come out of the box with a bad bearing.
