Problem with fledgling motor?
My son has a Fledgling by ModelTech. We maidened it last week and it flew fine. Brought it back in for some adjustments and when we tried to start the motor again it would not work. We would plug in the battery and it would beep but when you tried to advance the throttle the prop would just flip back and forth. When assembling the plane and testing the engine it did the same thing but only like twice and then worked perfect. Now we can't get it to operate correctly 90% of the time. Some times we plug it in and it works fine. But most of the time it does not. Battery checks good, installed different rx and tx, different esc and no real change. works sometimes, sometimes doesn't. I'm stumped. Any suggestions?

RE: Problem with fledgling motor?
Well..... now that we have messed with it, when we plug the battery in all it does is beep 3 times, stops, beeps 3 times, stops and just keeps doing that continiously. I think it is the programming mode. How do i get it out?

Sounds like battery needs charge or is no good.

RE: Problem with fledgling motor?
Try again. The battery test at almost 12 volts and all cells are balanced the same. Took plane down to LHS this morning and everything worked fine. Could not get it to mess up. Am going to go to the field tomorrow to see how it works.
