servo size?

Guys,
1) Need a short formula/criteria for sizing servowhen installedl on small (-30 onces), medium (5lbs), large (12lbs) & giant (+25lbs) AC that are flow scale/IMAC/3D
2) When using 2.4mhz system, how is rx powered if using 4c/5c/or 6c battery? 6C (5c&4c) voltage should smoke rx (& servos), right?
