I'll probablyhave to order another within a week of the first flight of serial #1 'cause I need more single-engine training time. Like I'll wait. I need ParkZone Rehab again. The Parkzone "Jonesing" is bad, man, real bad.

FACT: With Bomber Command 2 Group, Lord Basil Embry helped make this fine plane famous by making a tree-top height, 400 mph+ strike on Nazi Gestapo Headquarters in Occupied Copenhagen, Denmark, in March of 1945, successfully TAKING OUT the intended Nazi targets while leaving surrounding buildings UNSCATHED.

Could not help but notice the 4 canon in the Mosquito's nose. Must be 20mm. I'll look into it. Of course, I shall put in a call to Dr. Browning about some Micro Machine Canon (tm) to mount in her nose for strafing and Night Fighting the Luftwaffe. Thing is, Dr. John Browning is in celebration mode as his Model 1911 .45 Automatic Pistol is celebrating....DRUM ROLL.......One Hundred Glorious Years in Service to Freedom! He's in total PARTY mode![X(]

My next "Mossy" will be 15% off! (see Horizon thread under this category, if you haven't already gotten an email from them). Thank you, Horizon, as we need this lowered price for the defensive effort in our Battle of Freedom!
Lord Basil Embry, 2 Group, RAF Bomber Command, would say, "good on you!"

RE: ParkZone Micro Mosquito!!!
And here are actual firing range targets of the 20 mm, in a Mosquito Mk VI and in a Lockheed P-38 (these targets are on the left at various ranges). Notice how little bullet drop there is with the American/British round out to a good range. Note that the Japanese, German and Russian rounds dropped significantly more at rangewhich was good for our men at war. The American and British weapon also HAVE THE TIGHTEST GROUPS. which is SWEET.I assume the tester used a standardized charge/bulletin each weapon for control.
http://www.netaces.org/weapons/20mm.html
Note: I'm still lookin' for data/photos on the Hispano 20 mm rounds and cartridges we American and British used and shoot, all of 'em even the German and Japanese and Russian cartidges/projectiles, too.
Man, I'd sure like to have one of these weapons for the PIG HUNTING here in Texas!!!Sweeet!
Would that be wrong????

Hey, Wheelnut!
After we crack up these twin-prop, independent-aileron servo birds, what can we do with the receiver/esc boards? A lot, I bet! Not that I want to wreck her, though....

RE: ParkZone Micro Mosquito!!!
Picked mine up at HS today. No flying report as of yet but I can assure you it really looks nice and very well put together. Once bound to my DX6i I only needed to reverse the elevator servo and adjust the rudder 1/4mm back to center. Other than that it was ready out of the box (Box is big and has no handle) The charger is a "what the"??. Looks like a cheap toy and comes with alligator clips to attach to a 6-12 volt source. Can't wait to haul a 12 v battery around with me.......what were they thinking? I'll be looking for a 12v, 1.2 Amp wall charger for indoor and not sure what I'll do for at the field. The battery is a 230mAh 1S and looks like two 115's side by side with a single plug. I will be flying this baby tomorrow night at our weekly indoor fly and will report on it's flying characteristics afterward.

Big box confirmed by father over phone as he asked for explanation of said "huge" box arriving at doorstep earlier this week. I was immediatlythankful the transmitter is here with me and not there. Work on the four,micro-down-sized 20mm Hispano cannon is proceeding well and the Mossy should be ready to strafe Mad Web TV Scientist's hangars by the Ides ofMarch.......
Et tu, Mad Web?
