First, make sure you turn on the transmitter on first, wait about 5 seconds, plug in the battery in the heli, wait about 10 seconds and then give it a go---mabey some other guys can help you out more, cause i'm a bit rusty on my 'chopper skills...

Exeter_acres is right, adjust the pot. I noticed that you rev it and really make it spin. Don't REV it! Everything you do with this chopper should be smooth. The Blade does not have a head holding gyro so when you put torque on the blades the gyro can't react quick enough. Read through these links, they will help out a ton

There is also an extensive thread going on with a ton of people that can help out better than me

Go to the E-helis forum instead of the micro/indoor flight forum. More help there. Hovering a heli is not like hovering a plane. Don't give lots of power then take it away, keep it at pretty much the same power or else the tail will spin around. I noticed that when I first got mine. Use the rudder trim to trim it through flight. My BCP's rudder trim alters throughout the flight as the battery's voltage drops. I'm hoping to go dual tails to help with that problem...maybe even a belt drive.
