Default need help flying my biplane

Hey i went to the hobby shop today for something for my plane and while i was there i bought a little micro biplane. $32 down from $60. I thought it was really good, i cant seem to fly it continuously. I hand launch it, it does big circles about 2 or 3 times then hits the ground. It doesnt climb at all. It just goes down. The longest ive had it up was about 10 secs. I was expecting it to fly like the avion, obviously not. Heres the plane, http://www.stanbridges.com/index.cfm/shop.p32751. I will upload pics of the front, back and side later.

I was thinking maybe i need to cut the back to make little sort of rudder and elevator tabs because it goes to the left so ill put the little rudder tab to the right and ill put the elevator tabs up then tape it so it stays up so hopefully it climbs. Would this work? I dont want to cut it all up for no reason.

Thnx.

plz reply asap, im getting annoyed with it lol.

The rudder looks crooked. Not sure if it was designed that way because
of the props. The props look the same as far as I can tell meaning the
motors spin in the same direction? Before cutting anything I would gently
try bending the foam for adjusting. Adjust the rudder and bend up
the trailing ends on the stab. This looks simular to the foam used on the
Aero Soarer's so it adjusts easily. It also loses it shape easily too so
it may have to be constantly trimmed all the time.
Could also have a bad or weak motor on one side.

the foam doesnt stay. If i bend the rudder to the left or the elevators up it just goes back to the same spot it was in before. I think ill get a bit of sello tape and tape the rudder to the right then cut some tabs to make some elevators and tape them up. If it doesnt work i can always tape the elevators back to normal.

Does everyone agree on that?

Time for bed, its 12.03, ill do it tomorrow.

Thnx

I usually try taping flaps before doing any cutting but some tapes
are hard to remove once it sticks to the foam. Some foam might
come off when you remove the tape. To remove some ot the tapes
stickyness you can apply the tape to the palm of your hand a few
times first before using it on the foam. Use as little tape as needed.

i bent the back just then to make a elevator and it worked. Before i was to scared to bend it right around thinking it would stap but its really flimsy. I had to bend it a couple of times to get a crease so it would stay. I think ill cut it though and tape it because it keeps going back to its original spot after like 2 mins.

Still not going how i would like it. It fells like the motors are to weak. My next thing ill do is angle the props down a bit more to try to create more lift. If that doesnt work ill mod the wings.
