Hi
To those who are using the - "(50amp 24VDC) Turnigy 1200W 100 ~ 120V Power Supply"
I have a question.
While thinking about buying, I want to know the capacity.
If the battery of the class "5S 4500mAh35 ~ 70C Lipo Pack. The battery is"
Can you charge what outdoors pack?
About three times? (3 minutes flight?)

720iNET3 AD is AC/DC charger. It looks to have maximum charge capacity of 250 Watts. 20Amp max.
Nominal voltage of 5S is 18.5V. 250 / 18.5 is 13.51A. So your charger will not do any higher than 13.51amp on 5S packs
Your power supply will handle up to 3 of these charger charging 5S packs.
You may want to look at Thunder Power 820, 1430 or Revolectrix/FMA PowerLab8 for higher charging capability.
