Hello Delicious J,
I am surprised by the position of the engine battery holder on your Fantasista.
Why did you position them so forward?
Did you check the centering?
On mine the batteries are positioned in the middle of the landing gear box.
best regards
Clément

If I run my batteries about a half inch of the back of the tray the CG is neutral. If I run the batteries centered in the tray its a tad nose heavy. So in other words, the battery tray works for whatever CG preference one might have.

Hi
I am the constructor and the pilot of the fantasistas in photos on this post, and I confirm that the CG is between 16 and 17 cm from the leading edge of the wing to the implantation.
For good centering you need the batteries in the middle of the gearbox.
Then you have to adjust according to your piloting, but this allows this position to have a good base.

Hi Jean Paul,
which film brand have you used to cover the extended part of the aileron?
I am wondering whether the standard Oracover white matches the white on the Fantasista...

Hi
I finally try the Fantasista without flaps.
As expected, the ailerons became slightly more sensitive.
The snap roll is a little more nervous.
In the end, for the flight it doesn't change much for me, who had never used flaps.
For the plane I gained about 120 grams ( servos, extension, control horn and various ).
The next one i'm going to just block the flaps without changing the wings.
Fred.
