Default Contra Spinner

I saw this spinner on

The description says "Flight stability improvement item"

Anyone try this or have any thoughts on what the supposed improvement would be?

There are pics and a video of it installed on a Top Stage Bipe at the Flight Hobby website:

Can't offer you much except that a person I correspond with in Japan tested it on his "single" setup and stated it tended to behave a little like a contra equipped model. Also ran across someone online in USA that simply cut down an extra prop and mounted it behind. Not sure what his conclusion was as he didn't follow up. Recent coverage of some of the competitions in Japan are not showing but a few of them so I'd imagine it's just not for everyone's taste.
