Hacker F3A Competition Motor
Anybody know anything on the size of the new Hacker F3a motor. I've heard that it's supposed to be a drop-in replacement for the C50-14XL and it appears that the bolt pattern on the front is the same. Can anyone confirm this? It also appears that it might be a little longer overall. Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Verne

RE: Hacker F3A Competition Motor
Hi Verne,
The bolt pattern on the front is the same, but the Competition only has four bolt holes where the old one has eight. The competition is a little longer as well, the lengths below are from the rear bearing end-shield to the bolt contact face on the front of the gearbox.
C50-13XL Acro: 104.3mm
C50-14XL Acro Competition: 115.5mm
