The Federal gov't has decided what planes tou can fly and where you get to fly from. Now there is no constitunional basis for this power grab. but th atithessis , is tough and since the present CA gov is under fire and the Obama is losing chits ( faster thatn Marines through a muslim attack house)

Guys, there was a long thread on this in the AMA Forum. Bottom line,the FAA is going to regulate UAVs. Modelas will likely be excluded, butthere are restrictions that may be placed. The link that was posted areNOT the actual proposed regs, we will not see those for maybe a year.
