Stribog pattern plane ?
Does anyone know who makes this plane?
http://www.f3aaustraliaonline.com.au...-color-scheme/ Ive seen it on 2 websites (Bondaero and f3aaustraliaonline) now but I haven't found out who makes it. The first thing I noticed is that the fin/rudder looks huge ... Almost like a shark or fish. |
Hello
Information in : http://f3abg.com/index.php?route=common/home https://www.facebook.com/F3ABG/?pnref=lhc |
Thank you.
That Facebook page was interesting showing the construction. It is also the first plane I've seen with the rudder servo positioned underneath the fuselage; that explains the shape... |

Dear All,
The Stribog is produced by two Bulgarian Colleagues, known as F3A BG - Plamen Dokov and his son Deyan, who posted above as credo_model. The video which papaone posted is of the maiden of Stribog Carbon Line. I had the chance to visit Plamen's workshop a month ago and saw the new Stribog in person. The build quality is very high which leads to a really light airframe. I guess it will be even lighter with an electric set up. The name has an interesting meaning: Stribog in the Slavic pantheon is the god and spirit of the winds, sky and air. He is said to be the ancestor of the winds of the eight directions. :) I have known those two awesome guys for around 7 years now and they have done much for the growth of F3A in Bulgaria. The good news is that they never stop working on their dreams, hence the results are truly outstanding. Keep up the great work! Kind regards, Nikolay http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2176755 |

Hello,
There is an electric kit and a GP kit. The diffrence between both is only the materials that are made from. The electric kit is lighter than the other one. We are know working on new electric kit that will be even lighter than now with all new body style. Kind regards, Deyan Dokov |
