Plastic covering film with no edges?

Hi,
I read on F3A Lorenz website that one of the new F3A planes Fantasista SP has plastic covering film with no edges.

Original in German:
Mit neuer Folientechnologie:
alle spitzen Folienkanten auf den Oberseiten sind "verdeckt" ausgeführt. In der Praxis können sich keine spitzen Kanten mehr ablösen.

In English:
With new film technology:
All pointed foil edges on the top are "hidden". In practice, sharp edges can no longer be peeled off.

So I suppose the plastic film has "printed" scheme under the clear outer film layer on the plastic film?

Should look very smooth and shiny I suppose.

I have never had any problem with the edges on my plastic film covered F3A planes, that all use Oracover (Ultracote in US) but the edges can be probably get peeled off if not properly ironed on.

Maybe this seamless plastic flim covering on F3A planes will be more common in future?

I may be wrong, but ,if it's like some other BJ Craft stuff, all it means is that all the film overlaps are positioned upwind of each other.
I.e. not just a single-colour base with various separate trim colours stuck on top.

OK thanks for clarification.
Then it is no new thing. Just common sence to have as few edges as possible pointing forward.

I hope that red scheme on the Fantasista SP is specific to f3alorenz (like the red BiSide they offered)
It is not nearly as nice looking as the original Akiba colors ...
