I have just bought a Gee Bee from Hobby King:

Spec:
Material: Fiberglass Fuselage / Balsa wings
Wingspan: 1005mm
Length: 610mm
Wing Area: 17dm sq
Wing Loading: 70.6g/dm2
Flying Weight: 1100g
This a big project for me since i know it is a difficult plane to fly, plus the size isn't the easyest.
I will practice a lot these next months with several different planes to be ready for the Gee Bee, i'am still a newbie with planes, even if fly hélicopters for 2 years (fixed and variable pitch).
I will need some help to choose the right components for this Gee Bee, i was thinking about a Turnigy Brushless 3536 1800kv, with 70A ESC, not sure for the size of the prop may be a 9x6, the radio is a spektrum dx6i.
Feel free to give your opinion and advices.
EDIT:
I'll try to put here links from the informations i can find on the Gee Bee, whatever the scale it is:
Small UMX foam Gee Bee here: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showt...hlight=gee+bee
