Default GP Spitfire .25 - Power 25 or 32 or other?

I have a GP Combat Spitfire that I have been running with an OS 32 with a Jett Muffler. Several friends and I race "pylon-esque" fun races at our local airfield. I want to convert this plane to EP, and I am wondering what's the fastest power source I can use. I'm thinking about either a Power 25 with 4s lipo and 8x7 prop. I'm wondering if I can get more speed with a power 32 or something else. I want to be able to go max speed for at least 4 minutes without letting off, unless it's going so fast that I need to save the wings.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
