Racers: This will probably be the last race of the 2018 season here in Texas, so be sure to mark your calendars to attend the Thunderbird fall pylon race on Saturday, Nov 3rd, 2018. Same format as always, EF-1 and Club 40, alternating rounds. 400 ft 2-pole course. Entry fee $20 per event, lunch included. Registration at 9am, first heat at 10 am.
NOTE: As of today, Mustang Park and the gate is closed due to high water from the recent rains. We have permission to use the Bear Creek Campground gate to access the flying field until the water level subsides. It is not clear if the Mustang Park gate will be reopened by race day, so keep up to date by visiting the FW Thunderbirds website for the latest information.
Show your AMA card at the gate and ask for a Thunderbird pass to enter the park without having to pay a fee. Drive SLOWLY through Bear Creek campground roads.
I hope to see you there!

I'll be there unless weather gets in the way.

Like usual I'd like to come through Waco and get a workout on Friday before I head up to the Ft. Worth area. Hope to see ya there.
