Main Drive gear on T-Rex 500
I'm using motor (Align HML52M01 520MX Brushless Motor(1600KV/3527)) and main drive gear (Align 500 Slant Thread Main Drive Gear 134T) from the T-Rex 500 in an experimental design. I need to have a custom helical pinion made because the 12 tooth version that mates with the main drive gear results in a rotor speed of a little less than 1/2 of what I need.
Does anyone know the exact helix angle of these gears?
