Default Cooking FET

After changing stock motor,in my Aero Hawk to an Acro-280BB 6v, and my tail motor to the GWS EDP50XC, I cooked the main motor FET. I replaced it with the 7456 FET. After approx. 3 min. hovering the tail became very unstable. a few moments later the main motor stopped and the main motor FET fell off, very hot. What am I doing wrong?

If I go separates, what components should I be looking at to replace the board? I do not have revo mixing on my transmitter, it's a GWS GWT-4A transmitter, the one that came with the Aero Hawk.

CSM HLG200 will handle the gyro needs without requiring revo mixing. Then 2 ESCs capable of your current draw. I like Pixie7P but GWS 100 for the main and GWD 50 for the tail should do.

$90 for the gyro, and $30-35 each for the ESCs.

If get 2 7456 in parralel. over each other it should be able to hold the current the motor is drawing.

I am only useing a 310tunning motor and 3cell e-tech 1200mha, and have no problem with 1 7456. the chip is good for 16A, so i do not understad that you main motor can draw over 16A.
