Default Cheapes way to go brushless????

Ihave an Hummingbird with Aerohawk elektronics.

Can i hookup a bruched controller to the picoboard?

I'm planing og keeping my cheap ass 4 channel transmitter, and keeping it as cheap as posible.

If you go new, Himax has the cheapest brushless motors I heard of. They're roughly $50. As far as a brushless esc, a Phoenix 10 runs roughly $50 as well. You can use the stock board for your tail, I'm not sure how the mixing will work though. I think Helihobby.com may have something on this, try checking it out.

i have a astroflight 010 with speed controller for sale for 80 bucks.
its a great motor.
i sold the heli it was on and baught a propic with a e-flight 400 on it so i have no need for it.

If you are into it, gobrushless.com has brushless motor kits for under $11. They also have kits that come with a P10 controller. I am winding some for my planks now, but there is a lot of talk about these motors for helis.
