I thought this video is pretty cool...thinking about making something like that...what program do you need to use because in windows movie maker the picture timeing is to slow?

http://www.gif-animator.com/ I use this. It turns the images into a big .gif file so you can use it for like avatars and stuff. It helps to have a tripod when making things like that or keeping the camera on a level surface.
