Default any inexpensive helis/indoors that are quality?

I am going to away from home for a couple months ,so I do not have my toys, and was wondering what you guys could recommend my way. This is for indoors (motel room) . Something thats not to cheap but thats reliable (beginer to helis/planes) and maybe upgradeable if possible. Under 100 dollars. Thanks

BigTruckDriver,

I'm with Droggy, get the Lama V4, here's a site. A few bucks over the budget, but the 2.4 Ghz system elimintates glitching.

I've been flying for 3 years, and have had a host of helicopters. I still find the coaxial helicopter a HOOT to fly. I fly mine in the computer room all the time...

Good luck and take care,

Been searching and if I am going to spend 130 bucks might as well spend a little more and try out the Roto fly from heli max. What do you guys think? Which other mini helis are there.

Sorry, don't know to much about it. Whatever you pick, I'm sure you'll have fun with it. Enjoy my friend!

BigTruckDriver,

Just food for thought, check this site out: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=313507

For what you're wanting to do, stick with the Lama V4,,, then advance to other helicopters as your skills improve.

They had the lama v4 which i was going to get for 110 bucks but it had no 2.4G technology??? The 2.4g lamas were 150-160. Also said if I got the lama I would have to wait for a while to get parts . They also had a Coaxial ,2.4g e flite for 190, which of course he said I could get parts quick.[:@] The guy said i did not need the 2.4G if i was at home flying alone.

Still looking....

Am I missing something ? they sell the lama on line for 89 dollars??? scroll down to the bottom of the page
http://www.helihobby.com/html/esky_micro_heli.html I guess those are the ones with no 2.4 technology

What about this one ,its not 2.4G , but its cute,LOL! Its a 4 channel so would it be a good trainer?

I guess I will have to order online and have it shipped to motel.
