Best Bang for about 700 bucks
I was just wondering what some would concider the best over all package for about 700 dollars. That would include a cp heli at least 450 or larger radio and all electronics needed.

You're going to get a lot of responses here but I'll start it off with either the TT Mini Titan w/ DX7 or the Trex 450SA w/ DX7. If you could stretch it a bit further I'd say Hurricane 550 w/ DX7 (not the micro set w/ 285 servos but the 821 servos).
The Hurricane kit is $320 w/ motor and esc, add a GY401 for $140 and DX7 for $350, too bad it's $100 over what you're looking for.

In a large electric RTF I would recommend this one:

The Century is nice for the price but doesn't compete with the hurricane w/ gy401 gyro, and spektrum dx7.
If I had $500 it would be Blade 400, if I had $600 then the Century and $800 then the hurricane. I don't normally like RTF kits due to the generally low grade servos and gyro used in them.

i built a 450 size heli this summer, every bit (almost) as good a 'rex.....
a Flasher 450, with 3 Turborix MG digital servo's on the cyclic, a Scorpion 2221-8 motor, a Turnigy 40A esc and external bec, Logictech 2100T gyro/3100 servo combo, and Ar 6100 reciever.... i believe the price built was around 580.00. i had my Dx6i already. its a dang fine 450 class bird. ;-)

You really don't need the carbon fiber yet. But I do suggest the frame stiffener if you get the stock plastic one. The deal is ok, not great but it does get you in the air with 4 batteries, the heli, radio and charger.
