heli problem

I have a heli and it seems to have a problem. When I take off it makes a hissing sound and then gets really unstable. I land it and attempt takeoff again and it does not takeoff it spins. When I add more throttle it spins faster. whats wrong?

it might be somthing loose with the tail assembly or belt area...

It does not have a tail assembly.

give us the full info about that heli, is that a fp or cp or maybe coaxial.

I will not tell you the brand but it is an electric cx. The bird is coaxil if that means it has two sets of blades it is my first helicopter.
