RC-Direct Problem

Just want you to know that I ordered a part from www.rc-direct.com
and it never arrived. They said that since UPS said it arrived, its not
their problem! Charged me $30.00 and I got nothing!!!
I'll never order from them again and thought you should know about
this policy.[:o]

did UPS leave u a note??? there should be a invoice or something... tell them to give u some prove that ups has shiped....

RC Direct Just told me they are shipping one out to me today.
Turns out they're doing the right thing so I'll continue to order from them.
