HOw does one solder on to these?

get some flux so the wires will stick to the metal connector. Then, solder them on? It was pretty easy for me if I remember correctly?

It's very easy actually. You'll want to secure the connector in a vise of some type (I use a small plastic hobby vise) to make sure it doesn't move while the solder is solidifying. This will cause a cold solder joint. Using some rosin core solder, tin both the connctor and the wire and then hold the wire against the connector, apply heat, and hold 'til the solder cools a bit. That's it! Check it after to make sure the joint is shiny and not dull looking (which would indicate a cold joint).

Too bad you live so far... Im a pro at soldering deans plugs... I'm better then those "pros" that have deans "how-to"s on the internet. No kidding.
