i want to get a heli for dinking around in my living room and i stumbled across a dragonfly V4 brand new with a mini color wireless cam with it for 110. is this a good deal?

Probably.

I have a Walkera 4 (Dragonfly) and it's fine inside :) And I don't have a lot of room.
