dragonfly #4 not working

I was wondering if I could get help with my dragonfly 4. Does the controller have led light's on it? My controller doesn't seem to do anything,The led is flashing on the heli but there's no movement from it.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should have a bar graph below the helicopter symbol that lights up when the transmitter is on.It will light up to the green zone with good batteries. If your TX isn't lighting up you need to check the battery holder-make sure the batteries are in correctly and there are 8 of them-there is also a little plug that goes from battery holder to TX,sometimes these come unplugged. If all else checks out, look for a wire that may need to be resoldered.

How many batteries you put in the transmitter - you need 8 AA batteries

You can refer to this guide about how to start your helicopter (Electric Helicopter)
