Getting rid of 4in1 for seperate components

Question. I'm replacing all of my radios from my Airplanes and my heli with just one kick ass TX. If I want to use the Spektrum - SPM2460 on my blade cp, obviously I have to replace the 4in1 unit. What would you guys recommend for replacment components? This TX comes with it's own RX. What kind of gyro would you recommend? Give me exact details at what components I will be needing.

thanks guys!

RE: Getting rid of 4in1 for seperate components

Ok the cheapest thing to do would be just buy a pico board and use that to replace the 4in1.

Or if for some reaosn you want to go with seperates heres some suggestions-

For the main motor -
Pixie 7P 7amp ESC

For the tail motor -
GWS ICS-100

Gyro-
Eflight Mixer/Gyro (would probally work fine)

I'd go with -
Futaba 190

It is possible to remove just the rx board in the 4-1 unit, and wire in the new Spectrum RX. Do a search in the Eflite Blade CP thread, someone in there had instructions on how to do it.

Just make sure the transmitter can do eCCPM.
